I hereby authorise the URGO Foundation to use any photo, video, or other visual content of me, or in which I may appear, taken during the Event for educational, promotional, and external/internal communication purposes—including, but not limited to, social media, websites, printed materials, and event coverage. By ticking the box, I confirm that I understand my image may be used without further notice and that no financial compensation will be provided. This authorization is granted for a period of five (5) years from the date of the Event. I acknowledge and accept that content published while this authorization was in effect may remain visible in the media where it was published—whether in print or digital form—even after the authorization has expired.
